· J+0 if the telegram order is processed through the software by 12:00 PM everyday from Monday to Saturday (Sundays and holidays not included), the flower arrangement occurs on the day of your order.
· J+1 if the telegram order is processed through the software after 12:00 PM, the flower arrangement occurs on the following working day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included).

Example: if a Floral Telegram is loaded on our system by 12:00 PM everyday from Monday to Saturday (Sundays and holidays not included), our trusted florist will work on your bouquet on the same day; if it is loaded after 12:00 PM, the florist will work on it on the following day (Sundays and holidays not included).

Italian holidays include the following days:
1st January (New Year’s Day), 6th January (Epiphany), Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April (Italy's Liberation Day), 1st May (Workers' Day), 2nd June (Republic Day), 15th August (Ferragosto/Assumption Day), 1st November (All Saints' Day), 8th December (Immaculate Conception), 25th December (Christmas), 26th December (Saint Stephen's Day).
