GEOGRAFIC DESTINATION AREA IN ITALY
· AM (Metropolitan Area): mail destination area within the ZIP codes whose third digit is 1 or 9, belonging to the following cities: Turin, Milan, Venice, Genova, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Bari and Naples.
· CP (Province Capital): mail destination area within the ZIP codes whose third digit is 1 or 9, other than those within the metropolitan areas.
· EU (Suburban Area): mail destination area within the ZIP codes whose third digit is 0, 5 or 8.

PROCESSING AND EXECUTION TIMES
· J+0 if the telegram order is processed through the software by 01:45 pm GMT/UTC +1 everyday (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included), the mailing service occurs on the day of your order.
· J+1 if the telegram order is processed through the software after 01:45 pm GMT/UTC +1, the mailing service occurs on the following working day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included).

Example: if a telegram is loaded on our system by 01:45 pm GMT/UTC +1everyday (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included), it is processed by the SailPost or Poste Italiane service on the same day; if it is loaded after 01:45 pm, it is processed on the following day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included)

Italian holidays include the following days:
1st January (New Year’s Day), 6th January (Epiphany), Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April (Italy's Liberation Day), 1st May (Workers' Day), 2nd June (Republic Day), 15th August (Ferragosto/Assumption Day), 1st November (All Saints' Day), 8th December (Immaculate Conception), 25th December (Christmas), 26th December (Saint Stephen's Day).

DELIVERY SERVICES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery service is trackable online with the postal service SailPost only, while Poste Italiane does not offer this service; the responsibility, guarantee, transparency of the delivery times, as well as the responsibility of the postal service provided, are guaranteed by the SailPost Charter of Services and by the Poste Italian Charter of Quality.
· The time needed to deliver an Italian Telegram, (taking into account one extra day for the service operation covering every possible case, being the telegram accepted within 01:45 pm GMT/UTC +1, and being it sent to the AM and CP areas) is 2 working day. In case the destination is in the EU area, the telegram is delivered in maximum 3 days.
